It's new, modern, and gym is among the bests I've seen for a hotel (is shared with the residence, but still 1st tier). Staff during the day is super welcoming.

The hotel has lovely sitting areas off the lobby. Just gorgeous. The gym had indoor and outdoor space and was impressive for a hotel gym. It also appears that there is a residence associated with the hotel which might explain the higher-end feel. I slept well as the bed was extremely comfortable.

Staff were friendly and helpful There was something wrong with the room we were supposed to stay in and they put us in the penthouse suite instead. Huge amount of space. Was a novelty for us having never stayed in a suite like this. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Food was very good and the staff serving us wonderful.

Breakfast was in a beautiful setting at Nine at the National. The menu was diverse and table service rather than buffet style. The servers were all very nice. The outdoor pool and gym area are great. We had cocktails in Catbird and dinner in Monarch which had amazing views. The food was delicious however you pay for this experience.
